Product Description
• This machine is designed for automatic mold production of white foam motor casing;
• This machine is provided with programmable logic controller (PLC) and touch screen control. Materials may be fed automatically or manually. The molding process consisting of clamping, locking, heating, setting and transferring mold heating, cooling and unloading is performed automatically;
• Hydraulic system in framework of the machine is provided with mechanical circuit, which allows stable locking during rapid-slow mode switch. Except unloading and clamping, the oil pump is idle in other steps for saving energy purpose;
• Photoelectric approach control is adopted to ensure high-precise unloading and clamping to allow minor deviation and smooth product;
• Features of the machine include reduced requirements for steam and manpower, increased efficiency, and user-friendly control. One operator may operate several machines simultaneously
